AIR POLICIES

1. Getting a Quote
Private (consolidator) airfares quoted are NET and you will add your commission on top. Published airfares may or may not be commissionable. A few private airfares reflect a cash discount. This discount is forfeited if you purchase by credit card (3.5% higher). Taxes and fees (including fuel surcharges) will be determined at the time of booking but due to unstable fuel costs, will be re-priced at the time of guarantee. Additional information may include booking class, routing, minimum/maximum stay, flight restrictions and delivery fees. All rates are subject to change until booked.

2. Booking
You'll need the passport spelling of the passenger's name. We will file your agency information under your ARC number. If your agency isn't ARC approved yet, we will accept agency registration number with CLIA, IATA or TRUE. We will hold a private airfare reservation tentatively for up to 7(seven) days. You will be advised of the due date when you book. Published airfares must be purchased on the same day of booking. We email or fax the itinerary every time you book and every time you change the booking. It is imperative that you review the fax or email for accuracy.

3. Purchasing
You must purchase your booking or it will auto-cancel by the due date. You can purchase your booking by (a) purchasing it online. *IMPORTANT* Any change/cancel fees apply at this time.

a. Purchasing it online. If you made the booking online, it will be in your My Bookings. You will see payment options on the left.

GMT reserves the right to impose more restrictive payment practices for departures 2 weeks or less at the time of purchase.

4. Getting Your Tickets
99.9% of our tickets are electronic. If the ticket must be issued on paper stock you will be advised. Paper tickets are sent via regular mail if payment is received at least 8 days before departure. Exception: Checks for over $1500 must clear bank before tickets will be sent. For close-in departures we can:
a. Federal Express for a $20 fee ($35 for Saturday delivery),

c. Issue an E ticket for some airlines.

Electronic Tickets are emailed immediately after payment has been received and the tickets have been issued. Commission checks are mailed out within two weeks.

UNACCOMPANIED MINOR PROGRAM - UMP

Any "Unaccompanied Minor Program Fees" would be paid directly to the Airline. ALSO, check with all Airlines directly for any required information, documentation or release forms.

We do NOT ticket unaccompanied minors on international code-share flights. Unaccompanied minors 4 years old and younger are not accepted on any airline.

All unaccompanied minors must pay adult fare.

TSA POLICIES

The Transportation Security Administration (TSA) is implementing Secure Flight, a program that enables TSA to assume responsibility from airlines for matching passenger information against terrorist watch lists. In compliance to this new program, we would like to make you aware of some changes GMT's reservation process.

What are the benefits of Secure Flight?
Secure Flight makes travel safer by more effectively identifying individuals that may pose a known or suspected threat to aviation. It also enables officials to address security threats sooner. Furthermore, by creating one watch list matching system, it helps prevent the misidentification of passengers who have names similar to individuals on government watch lists. Lastly, Secure Flight offers an improved *redress process, so that those who are mistakenly matched to the watch lists can avoid further problems in the future. *Those who encounter misidentification may apply for *redress at www.dhs.gov/trip.

How will Secure Flight affect passengers?
Under the Secure Flight program, TSA requires 100 percent of passengers flying to, from or through the United States airspace (including its territories) to have Secure Flight Passenger Data (SFPD) in reservations booked for travel November 1, 2010, and beyond, regardless of the sales distribution channel through which the reservation is booked. TSA allows no exceptions. As such, you will be required to provide each passenger's full name (as it appears on the identification document they plan to use when traveling), date of birth and gender when guaranteeing a reservation. You will also be able to provide a *redress number, if applicable. TSA prescreens this data against government watch lists for domestic and international flights. The TSA match-list begins 72 hours before the scheduled departure, or at time of ticketing if the departure is less than 72 hours away. Regardless of the departure date, a ticket may not be issued without the mandatory Secure Flight Passenger Data for each passenger in the reservation.

Though recommended, GMT agents will not be required to enter the Secure Flight Passenger Data at the time of booking. However, and without exception, an agent will not be able to "guarantee/purchase" a booking from GMT without entering the mandatory SFPD requirements into the reservation for each passenger, if that data is not already present.

Protecting your privacy
TSA & the airlines understand that personal privacy is important to everyone. You are assured that the privacy of individuals' information is a cornerstone of the Secure Flight program. TSA collects the minimum amount of personal information necessary to conduct effective watch list matching. Furthermore, personal data is handled in accordance with stringent guidelines and applicable privacy laws and regulations.

GROUPS

To request Air for groups of 15 or more passengers traveling on a Cruise Only, please send your request via email in the contact us tab or email us at airsea@flygmt.com. Please advise us of the total number of travelers, Name of the Ship, Dates of travel, City of departure and City or Cities of the return if the Cruise embarks in one port and debarks in another port. Also include the time the ship sails and the time it ends to allow us enough time for the debarkation and transfer to the airport. If there is a preference of airlines or any other special request please let us know in advance. Group requests can take a few business days to receive a rate back from the airline's group department so please be patient.

Please note, the airfare we receive from the airlines group department might be higher than the published fare your clients may see on an air booking engine like Orbitz or Expedia. The price they can find most likely will not be available for everyone in the party so others may have to choose other airlines or schedules. Or the price most likely will increase as they make their reservations individually on their own. The benefit of the Group air is, the rate and the itinerary is guaranteed and doesn't require names and full payment immediately like when purchasing a published airfare.

Group - A cruise group is a minimum of 15 passengers departing and returning on the same flights from a single domestic gateway traveling to the same international destination. Flexibility is the key in getting the lowest prices. Weekend travel often carries a surcharge.

Deviations - Return deviations are allowed. (Both date and departure city may be changed). An airline may charge additional for deviations.

Deposit - To guarantee a group rate, a deposit is due 10 days from the date of confirmation. A cancel fee will be assessed if a group completely cancels before the utilization date.

Names - Preliminary names are due 90 days prior to the departure date. Final names are due 45 days prior to the departure. Some airlines charge fees for name changes after the final name list is submitted.

Utilization - A utilization schedule will be provided upon group confirmation. The schedule will outline the specific dates when a deposit loss will occur if seats are cancelled. Most airlines require groups to use 90% of the seats they are holding 90 days prior to departure.

Cancellations - Cancellations between 89-0 days prior to departure will incur full deposit loss. Once ticketed most airlines have cancellation and change fees.

Final Payment - Final payment is due 35 days prior to the departure date.

Mileage - Frequent flyer mileage does accrue on most GMTcontracts.

These are guidelines to assist you with the group booking process. Specific rules vary by airline. An individual contract with details pertaining to your specific group will be provided once you receive a group quote.
